What we keep, and why.

All Dogs is a collection of paintings by Wubbushi at alldogs.wtf. To invite people, deliver their dogs and run the collection's game, we keep a small amount of information. This page explains what it is, what we do with it, and how to have it changed or deleted. Questions go to wubbushi@alldogs.wtf.

What we collect

• Your X account. When you sign in with X, we receive your X account ID and handle. We don't read your posts or messages, and we never post for you.
• Your application. Your handle, the wallet address you give us, your wishlist, and who vouches for you.
• Your email address, if you add one. We use it for your private invitation and, only if you ask, for news about Wubbushi's other art.
• Delivery details. The wallet address where your dog should go, and a second wallet of your own if you add one.
• Payments. If you pay by card, Stripe handles the card and tells us the amount and whether it succeeded. We never see your card number. If you pay in ETH, we record the transaction that paid for your dog.
• Sign-in cookies. Small cookies keep you signed in and protect forms from forgery. Your browser may also store a note about a transaction in progress so it can pick up where you left off. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Server logs. Our servers record basic request information, such as addresses and times, to keep the service running and secure.

What becomes public

Some things are public by design:

• The public waitlist shows your X handle, your application status and who vouched for you. Your email and wallet stay private.
• When a dog is minted, its record on Ethereum is public and permanent: the receiving wallet, the dog's name, its adoption, payments made to it, and every later transfer.
• Under the collection's rules, the X handle of a person who sells a living dog is recorded on every dog affected by the resulting infection. That record is part of the artwork and cannot be removed.

Nobody, including us, can delete a record from a public blockchain. Please consider this before you adopt or sell a dog.

Why we use it

We use this information to review applications, send invitations, deliver dogs, record payments, run the game described in the rules, prevent abuse (including more than one adoption per person), and keep the site working. We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who helps us run All Dogs

A few services process information on our behalf: X (sign-in), Stripe (card payments), Resend (email delivery), Amazon Web Services (our servers and backups), GitHub (this website) and Tigris (image hosting). Ethereum node providers carry the transactions that deliver and move dogs. Each receives only what it needs for its part of the work.

How long we keep it

We keep your application and account while you take part in All Dogs, and payment records as long as the law requires. Backups roll over on a regular schedule. Blockchain records are permanent.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can withdraw from the waitlist at any time, and you can stop art updates from your account or by writing to us. Email wubbushi@alldogs.wtf from the address you gave us, or message Wubbushi on X from your account, and we will respond within 30 days. We can't erase records already written to Ethereum.

Age

All Dogs is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

Changes

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and its effective date. For a significant change, we will tell people with accounts before it takes effect.
